Refund Policy

At Enstylz, we strive to provide the best service and products. Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged in Transit: Report damage within 48 hours with photos/videos for a refund or replacement.
  2. Old Manufacturing Date: Products older than 6 months from manufacturing date are eligible for refund/replacement if reported within 7 days of receipt.
  3. Expired Products: Expired items will be refunded if reported within 48 hours with proof.
  4. Quality or Packaging Issues: Report any defects or issues within 7 days with supporting evidence for resolution.

How to Claim

Email herbarioindia@gmail.com with your order number, product details, issue description, and photos/videos. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used or tampered products.
  • Issues reported after the timeline.
  • No evidence provided.
